Grade matching
Compare the current material and mandatory application requirements.
Material validation workflow
Plan grade matching, sample testing and trial supply for PA66, PEEK and related engineering plastics before a production decision.
Material answer
A useful material trial begins with the current grade, part drawing, mandatory properties and known processing conditions. Derek-Plastics can support grade matching, sample discussion, test planning and trial supply. The customer then evaluates molding stability, dimensions, appearance and required part performance before approving a production material.
Send the current grade, part application, key requirements and trial timing. We will use them to review a suitable material direction.
Request material matchingCompare the current material and mandatory application requirements.
Agree on relevant material and finished-part checks.
Run a controlled molding trial before a production decision.
Define the pass criteria before requesting a sample and use the actual molding process where possible.
Compare documents, processing behavior and finished parts against the current approved material.
Yes, after the current grade and mandatory requirements are documented. The comparison should cover the current TDS, processing behavior and agreed finished-part criteria rather than relying on material names alone.
Provide the current grade, TDS, part drawing, molding equipment, known settings, required test methods, approvals, visible criteria and the reason for the trial. Define pass criteria before sampling.
First agree on the candidate and relevant checks. Then mold the sample under recorded conditions, inspect the finished parts and compare the results with the approved baseline before discussing trial supply.
MOQ starts from 500kg. The trial request should identify the validated candidate, color, required documents and expected order timing.
Compare 70G30L, 70G33L and 70G43HS1L PA66 compounds for rigid structural parts, dimensional control and injection-molding trials.
Review FR50 and FR52G30BL for electrical injection-molded parts that require flame-retardant PA66 and documented UL94 performance.
Evaluate wear-resistant, ceramic-filled, carbon-fiber, high-modulus and glass-fiber PEEK series for specific UAV component requirements.
Technical values and final suitability must be confirmed against the current TDS, available COA and part validation results.
